We are honoured to have done the first transfer of a residential unit at the Zimbali Development at Ballito in 1996 on behalf of our client, the Developer of The Beach Estate:Zimbali. Since then we have done many other Zimbali transfers. We have been involved in many challenging situations at Zimbali at times having to resolve the sometimes conflicting rights, demands, claims and aspirations of Owners, the Developers of the different phases, estate agents and other role players.
We continue to play an active role in Zimbali affairs and would be happy to give an opinion on any Zimbali matter.
